I offer many different types of massage. If you are unsure which may be right for you, please contact me and we can tailor a treatment to your individual needs. Neals Yard Organic Massage Oils are used which will nourish the skin and are of the highest quality. They oils are sustainable, ethically made and not tested on animals.
On your first visit, a health consultation form will be filled out prior to your treatment to establish any problem areas and adapt any treatment to meet your needs. Please arrive around 10 minutes early to fill out this form.
Holistic Treatments
'Holistic’ comes from the Greek word holos, meaning ‘whole’. Holistic therapies have been effectively used for centuries and can play an important role in maintaining good health and overall well-being. I can help you identify your goals and any issues that you have been having in order to look and feel better.
I provide Sensitivity and Allergy Testing which will give you the best information to make positive changes to your lifestyle.
