Some guidelines...

• Be on time for your treatment, ideally arrive a few minutes early to allow yourself to comfortably get ready and relax.  If it's your first time for a treatment, ideally arrive 10-15 minutes early, to complete a health consultation form.  This will be discussed when you make your booking.

• “What should I wear during a treatment?" The general answer you will receive is that you can dress down to your comfort level.  Reflexology is fully clothed. If you are getting a full body massage, you will have the opportunity to dress down and be covered with towels provided.   

• A robe and slippers will be available for your relaxation, should you wish.  

• If you have time prior to coming to the practice, a hot shower is also recommended to relax the muscles before the treatment.

• Keep your mobile on silent/switched off and out of sight to allow yourself to completely relax and benefit fully from the treatment.

• If you do not know the type of massage you would like, please discuss it.  What is your goal - is it to relax? Or remove painful knots? Or prepare for an upcoming event? Based on your requirements we will be able to tailor the massage to your needs. 

• If you feel the pressure is too light or too strong during your treatment, please let us know and we will adjust accordingly.

• We do not accept any responsibility for any personal items that you may bring into the practice.  We would suggest you leave any personal items at home.

• How late is too late to make an appointment? How late is too late to cancel one, and what consequences should I expect?
  The more flexible you are on appointment time, the more likely we’ll be able to fit you in. You have until 24 hours prior to your appointment to cancel, or you’ll be charged in full for your appointment.
